Everyone feels worried or stressed from time to time. Usually, those feelings fade when a stressful situation has passed. However, some people experience overwhelming feelings of worry, for no particular reason, that can make it difficult to cope with daily life. This is called anxiety.
Anxiety is the most common mental health condition in Australia, affecting around one in every four people.

While each patient’s program is tailored individually, group therapy sessions are beneficial in giving patients insight into their illness. The therapies used at Ramsay Clinic Albert Road assist patients develop strategies to cope more effectively in the future.
