What to expect

At Ramsay Clinic Rockhampton, our patients come from diverse walks of life and ages. It is a voluntary admission clinic.

While patients have their own room, visitors are asked to just visit in open areas including our front verandah with comfortable seating, our courtyard, and dining area.

There’s the opportunity for family to be heavily involved in a patient’s care if they want that and also the opportunity for their loved ones to visit them at the Clinic. Children must be directly supervised by visitors at all times.

When you visit our clinic, you’ll need to use the state government check-in app. Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation in Australia, we also recommend checking if any visitor restrictions are in place before coming to hospital. You can do this by calling us or checking our COVID-19 information page.
