Profile

Karolina is a warm and empathetic psychologist who will work with you to best support you along your journey to better mental health. She is experienced in supporting people with a wide range of mental health impacts such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and stress to better manage symptoms as you gain insight and learn new strategies to support your wellbeing.

Karolina works collaboratively with clients to find a therapeutic approach that fits their needs. She has experience with a broad range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Karolina has several years’ experience in various settings including occupational rehabilitation settings for five years working primarily with adults, and in community-based settings in non-profit organisations working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has experience with and is open to working with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Karolina has a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours. 

Karolina says, “I have always been passionate about helping people. At the end of the day, we all live with our minds and need support sometimes. Come on in and let’s have a talk and help navigate through these challenges that life brings to work towards a better tomorrow.”
