Dr Akosile is the unit director for addictions and an addiction specialist (Fellow of two colleges, FRANZCP and FAChAM) who has several peer-reviewed research in addiction, psychiatry and dual diagnosis. He provides inpatient and outpatient services which include holistic management of substance use disorders and non substance use disorder psychiatric diagnosis, consideration of individual psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, functional restoration and neuro-stimulation. He recently completed his PhD at QUT and his research was on the link between PTSD and coronary artery disease.

Dr Yajuvendra Bisht is a consultant psychiatrist at Ramsay Clinic Macarthur. His preferred approach is a combination of the latest evidence-based treatment; a strong focus on patient education; and improvement in quality of life through multimodal intervention, comprising of both pharmacology and psychotherapy. Yaj is committed to, and experienced in, working collaboratively with GPs. Dr Bisht has a distinct interest in treating Psychosis Disorders, Mood Disorders and Anxiety, especially amongst Veterans, First Responders and those under Worker's Compensation.

Dr Zhuang Miao is a psychiatrist with experience in general adult psychiatry . She is a Fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. She consults patients in the level 1 consulting suites at Northside Group St Leonards Clinic, and Ryde Psych Services in Eastwood. She has admitting privileges to the specialised Mood Disorders Unit at Ramsay Clinic Northside. The other appointment is Staff Specialist Psychiatrist at Northern Sydney Local Health District.

Chris Davey is the Head of Department of Psychiatry at the University of Melbourne and a psychiatrist at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. He is the current Editor of the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry. Chris’s main clinical and research interest is in the management of severe mood disorders, especially in young people. He has led, or is leading, large multicentre clinical trials of treatments for depression and bipolar disorder at the university and RMH.

Colleen Loo is Professor of Psychiatry at the University of New South Wales, NHMRC Leadership Fellow and Professorial Fellow at the Black Dog Institute, Sydney; Australia. She qualified in medicine and psychiatry in Australia (MB BS, FRANZCP) and completed a research doctorate in 2003 (MD). She was chair of academic psychiatry at St George Hospital (2006-2021), founded the Neurostimulation service at the Black Dog Institute in 2014, and is Regional Medical Director of ECT and Interventional Psychiatry (including ketamine treatment) at Ramsay Clinics in Sydney. She was President of the International Society for ECT and Neurostimulation (2018-2020) and is an editorial board member of the journal Brain Stimulation.

Professor James Scott is a Child and Youth Psychiatrist and the Director of Ramsay Health Youth Service at New Farm. He has experience working in inpatient and community settings. He has an interest in providing care to children and young people with anxiety, ADHD, psychosis and mood disorders. His clinical practice incorporates a biopsychosocial model with intensive family involvement.
