She has a particular interest in working with women and supporting them through challenging life adjustments, such as relationship breakdowns, grief and loss, parenthood and career changes. Sarah has extensive experience working in public mental health across both community and inpatient settings, including as the District Eating Disorders Coordinator and Suicide Prevention Manager for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, and the Towards Zero Suicides Program Manager for Sydney Local Health District.

Sarah is a compassionate and strengths focused Clinical Psychologist and board-approved supervisor. She has extensive experience working in public mental health across both community and inpatient settings, including as the District Eating Disorders Coordinator and Suicide Prevention Manager for South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, and the Towards Zero Suicides Program Manager for Sydney Local Health District.

Sarah utilises a collaborative, client-centred and evidence-based approach and draws upon a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
