Clozaril Clinic

Doctors may recommend that a patient be treated with Clozaril™, a drug treatment for controlling the symptoms of schizophrenia (for example, hallucinations, delusions, agitation, lack of motivation and deadening of feelings). Some people start to feel better within the first few weeks, but others may take up to a year to show an improvement. The Clozaril Clinic is provided to monitor the patient's response to the treatment, provide access to clinical investigations and provide ongoing support to the patient.

Referrals into any of the programs at Ramsay Day Clinic Kahlyn require a referral from a Ramsay credentialled psychiatrist. If you would like more information or would like to make a referral, please contact the Site Manager or Program Coordinator at Ramsay Day Clinic Kahlyn.
