Visiting hours

Week days: 3pm – 7pm

Weekends: midday – 7pm

What to expect

We want our hospitals to be safe, private places where people feel comfortable, well cared for and respected. That’s why we request certain standards of behaviour from all our visitors, patients and staff. Thank you for understanding of our Expectations on Entry.

At Ramsay Clinic New Farm, our patients come from diverse walks of life and ages.

Patients have their own room which you can visit them in, or there are lounge areas, and a large garden courtyard off the dining space. There’s the opportunity for family to be heavily involved in a patient’s care if they want that and also the opportunity for their loved ones to visit them at the Clinic.

Children must be always supervised by visitors.

All patients, visitors and staff have a right to privacy while in the Clinic. This means that photography, filming, or audio recording within the clinic is strictly prohibited, unless written consent has been obtained from the Clinic Executive and all individuals being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Refusal to comply with these conditions may result in removal or discharge from the clinic.

Ramsay Clinic New Farm and clinic grounds are a smoke free environment.
