Dr Fiona Fairbrother completed medicine at the University of Queensland in 2010 and has been a Consultant Psychiatrist and a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) since 2018. Dr Fairbrother is focussed on patient recovery within a holistic and trauma informed framework for people experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health conditions such as mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and psychosis. Dr Fairbrother has an interest in mental health of young adults, women’s mental health, and the developing field of sports psychiatry. Dr Fairbrother is a member of the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD) and the International Society of Sports Psychiatry (ISSP).
