Dr Rashmi Gururajan is a consultant psychiatrist with an interest in consultation-liaison psychiatry and young adults.
She attained Fellowship through the RANZCP in 2023 and works in consultation-liaison psychiatry at Caboolture Hospital. Dr Gururajan currently holds the position of Clinical Lead for CL Psychiatry across Redcliffe and Caboolture Hospitals.
Dr Gururajan completed her undergraduate medical training at Monash University and completed her Psychiatry training at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital. She has experience in pain medicine, rehabilitation medicine, gender dysphoria, neuropsychiatry, ADHD, autism, and eating disorders. She also has an interest in education and leadership, and has undertaken postgraduate studies in these areas.
Dr Gururajan practices in a holistic and trauma-informed manner, and has an interest in early intervention for mental illnesses. She has an interest in young adult mental health, mood disorders, PTSD, and neuropsychiatric disorders. She is currently accepting referrals for inpatients and short-term outpatient care.
Dr Hamoui is a highly experienced clinician with many years of experience working across the mental health field. Her professional background spans both nursing and medicine, providing her with a broad and deeply informed perspective on patient care. She began her career in mental health nursing, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centred practice.
She later completed her medical degree at the University of Notre Dame, Sydney in 2014, and went on to undertake specialist psychiatry training within the South Western Sydney Local Health District in collaboration with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
Recently qualified as a Psychiatrist, Dr Hamoui has a special interest in general adult mental health, women’s mental health, and transcultural mental health. She is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care within a warm, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic environment.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr Hamoui is passionate about teaching and mentoring medical students, junior doctors, and psychiatry registrars. She is dedicated to supporting the development of future clinicians and promoting high-quality, compassionate mental health care.
Dr Hannon is a consultant psychiatrist within specialist qualifications General Adult and Forensic Psychiatry. He consults to the Young Adult Service and General Mental Health Program at Ramsay Clinic Northside. He treats patients aged 16+.

A/Prof Davinder Hans is a WA trained doctor and psychiatrist who is committed to individualised care and formulating collaborative treatment plans that incorporate patient values and goals. Davinder also works collaboratively with GPs and other health professionals to inform evidence-based treatment options for patients. He has had broad training in a range of disciplines including psychopharmacology and the psychotherapies.
Davinder utilises these skills in assessment and treatment of his patients. He ensures that medications prescribed are appropriate and necessary.
With a background in youth mental health, Davinder is an enthusiastic advocate for early intervention and teaches patients practical and user-friendly emotional regulation and anxiety management skills.
Davinder also has experience in adult mental health, particularly treatment resistant mood and anxiety disorders with associated complex comorbidities.
He is skilled in both complex psychopharmacology and long term psychotherapy, and works effectively with patients to achieve collaborative treatment goals.

Davinder graduated in medicine from the University of Western Australia and completed his Postgraduate Training in Psychiatry in Western Australia.
He has done further Masters level training in Mood & Anxiety Disorders (University of Maastricht, The Netherlands), Youth Mental Health (University of Melbourne) and Psychotherapy (RANZCP Cert Psychotherapy Psych). Further, Davinder has completed a Graduate Certificate in Autism assessment.
Davinder has been credentialed for rTMS treatment by the Black Dog Institute, Sydney. He is also accredited in workers compensation assessments in Western Australia and NSW, and is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.
He has an academic appointment at University of Notre Dame Australia. Davinder has published research articles in psychiatry journals, is the first author of the chapter on Anxiety Disorders (Chapter 8) in the Australian text, Foundations of Clinical Psychiatry 4th Edition 2017, and he has written academic material for undergraduate psychiatry teaching.
Davinder is the chair of the RANZCP (WA) Branch Continuous Professional Development (CPD) committee and is a member of the binational RANZCP CPD committee as well as the Chair of the Binational RANZCP rTMS CPD committee. He is also an accredited psychotherapy supervisor and is involved in postgraduate Psychiatry education and supervision for Trainee Psychiatrists in Western Australia.
Davinder has a private practice at Hollywood Private Hospital where he is the director of the Trauma Program. In the public sector, he is the Director of Youth Psychiatry in WACHS.
Dr Ruwan is a specialist psychiatrist with a clinical focus on adults and interests in drug and alcohol, schizophrenia and mood disorders.
After graduting MBBS from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, in 2000 and undertaking further professional training a the National Hospital of Sri Lanka he was admitted to the degree of Doctor of Medicine (Psychiatry) in 2004. Since his arrival in Australia, Dr Ruwan was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in October 2011. With over 12 years of experience in psychiatry spanning both public and private sectors Dr Ruwan is very well positioned to make an invaluable contribution to adult psychiatry on the Mornington Peninsula.
Dr Harte is a medical graduate of Trinity College Dublin and completed his post graduate psychiatry training in the United Kingdom and in Australia. He holds fellowship of both the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK) and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. Dr Harte is also an Accredited Member of the Faculty of Addictions Psychiatry (RANZCP). In addition to addiction psychiatry, Dr Harte has an interest in gender and sexuality. He is the immediate past president of AusPATH (Australian Professional Association for Trans Health) and is a past director of the Monash Gender Clinic. Dr Harte is an Honorary Senior Clinical Fellow in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Melbourne. He is also a member of the Victorian Mental Health Tribunal. Dr Harte has published in the scientific literature and has been a keynote speaker at scientific meetings both nationally and internationally.
Dr Harte is transitioning his practice to focus on assessments, second opinions and inpatient addiction admissions. He will not be accepting long-term new patients for ongoing out-patient care due to planned retirement in December 2026.
