She has 20 years experience working with some of the most marginalised in society in prisons both in the UK and NSW. and is Conjoint Senior Lecturer at UNSW and has published and presented internationally often on ethical issues and challenging the status quo. She has championed improvements in the care provided to the trans community and is a strong advocate celebrating diversity and inclusion who particularly enjoys working with women and those with eating disorders.
