 
                            Dr Vineel Reddy began his career in the field of psychiatry in the United Kingdom. He obtained his Membership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists, London in 2010.
He then underwent further training in General Adult Psychiatry and Consultation Liaison that led to his awarding of the UK Certification of Completion of Training in 2013. He attained a Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry from Ireland. He further pursued a Masters of Business Administration to complement his vision to better the provision of clinical psychiatry services within public healthcare.
Dr Reddy worked as a consultant psychiatrist in the UK National Health Service for several years before migrating to Australia in 2018. He was admitted as a Fellow to the Royal Australian and New ZealandCollege of Psychiatrists in 2019.
Dr Reddy has the expertise and a wealth of experience in the assessments and management of ADHD patients. He is an associate member of the Australian ADHD Professional Association (AADPA). Dr Reddy also has an interest in supporting the treatment of defence personnel currently serving as well as veterans. He is a member of the Australian Military Medicine Association (AMMA).
Dr Reddy has the expertise in medical report writing for defence mental health claims which is his current area of focus. He has helped several ADF as well as veterans to go through their claims process by providing expert medical reports. These reports included liability claims and impairment assessments and supported medical discharges. Through his experience he has become aware that often defence personnel must wait long periods of time to access a psychiatrist for their medical reports. They often struggle with the reports being done in a timely manner which can exacerbate their mental health issues whilst they are waiting. Therefore, he would like to help in this area to relieve them of the stresses that are often faced. Dr Reddy is also able to write comprehensive management plans for the treatment of their mental health conditions. These plans can then be administered by their GP. Dr Reddy is also happy to oversee them.
Dr Reddy has over 10 years’ experience as a consultant psychiatrist. He works with a group of psychiatrists in the outpatient setting at Synergy Specialist Clinic as well as manages inpatients at The Southport Private Hospital on the Gold Coast where he is able to offer patients the latest evidence treatments including neuromodulation. He has an interest in treating PTSD, depression, adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders as well as ADHD. He provides his services via telehealth, in person or in an inpatient setting.
Dr Reddy endeavours to effectively engage his patients, families, and caregivers. He is sensitive to the privacy and the confidentiality of his patients. He advocates for a holistic model of care and utilises a range of treatment options tailored to the needs of the individual and to promote their recovery in close collaboration with primary care services.
 
                            Dr Reddy received his basic medical degree from the University of Malaya before pursuing a Masters in Psychiatry in Kuala Lumpur. He has worked extensively in public mental health settings as an inpatient and outpatient psychiatrist.
His most recent appointment was as Consultant Psychiatrist, ACT Health, Canberra and Senior Lecturer, the Australian National University between 2010 and 2016. 
An accredited supervisor for RANZCP psychiatry registrars in training, Dr. Reddy has also taught medical students in all his previous appointments. 
Dr Reddy obtained his PhD. From the University of New South Wales, having worked at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. The PhD. thesis focused on the risk factors for psychological morbidity in people with diabetes mellitus. He has published papers in peer-reviewed international journals. While in Sydney, he worked with the Black Dog Institute as a trained facilitator for general practitioners conducting one-day programmes aimed at the assessment and treatment of depression. Dr Reddy enjoys working collaboratively with GPs to achieve better mental health outcomes for patients.
He has also had experience in post-trauma regions by volunteering in humanitarian missions to Iran post-earthquake in 2004 and Sri Lanka post-tsunami in 2005.
 
                            Dr Sanil Rege is an experienced specialist Psychiatrist, Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) and Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych, UK).
Sanil has practiced in the United Kingdom and throughout Australia and is committed to developing a broad private psychiatric practice on the Mornington Peninsula, with minimal waiting times maintained with regular consulting offered locally.
Dr Rege will be supporting both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric services at Beleura Private Hospital and welcomes referrals for the assessment and management of a broad range of psychiatric disorders, including psychosis, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, personality disorders, neuropsychiatric presentations, consultation liaison psychiatry and alcohol addiction.

Sanil also accepts referrals for patients who require a management plan and is keen to work with general practitioners to provide further reviews as needed, providing expertise in 291 and 293 assessments.
Sanil is actively involved in the academic world and is the cofounder of psychscene.com, providing training workshops and online education to mental health professionals in Australia and overseas. He is an experienced speaker and presents at several professional conferences and events every year.

                            I have completed advanced/additional training in Aged Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). I am a member of the Professorial Psychiatry Unit at the Ramsay Clinic Albert Road, and I am also a Senior Fellow (Honorary) at the University of Melbourne.
 
                            Dr Princess Rukasha is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists who passionate about delivering holistic care that integrates biological, psychological, and social aspects of health for her patients.
She graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2018 with her medical degree and later completed a Master’s degree in Medicine (Psychiatry) at the University of Melbourne in 2023. Dr Rukasha began her career as a general medical doctor in Tamworth before pursuing her great passion in psychiatry which she trained in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region.
Her dedication to medical education is reflected in her teaching roles with the University of Wollongong, where she has provided clinical teaching in psychiatry to medical students. Currently undertaking advanced training in psychotherapies through the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), Dr Rukasha has a special interest in psychtherapy and is passionate about furthering her expertise in this area.
 
                            Dr Deb Sahhar is a Psychiatrist, practising since 1998 in both private and public psychiatry. She has an interest in mood disorders and clinical focus in older individuals. Dr Sahhar focuses on both pharmacological as well as psychological approach.
Dr Sahhar is the Director of the Seniors program at Ramsay Clinic Albert Road and works as a Clinical Liaison Psychiatrist at The Alfred.
 
                            Dr Anthony Sams is a Psychiatrist who completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of Newcastle, NSW. He completed training in Psychiatry in Sydney and has been a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists since 2001.
In addition to his psychiatric qualification, in 2002 Dr Sams was awarded Fellowship in the Australasian Chapter of Addiction Medicine (Royal Australasian College of Physicians).
Dr Sams has worked in both public and private mental health sectors, working primarily in the sub-speciality of Addiction Psychiatry. He is a Senior Staff Specialist Psychiatrist in Addiction Medicine, Royal North Shore Hospital NSW.
Dr Sams has been the Medical Director of the Drug and Alcohol Programs at Ramsay Cinic Northside, and Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville from 2007-2017.

                            Dr Mathew Samuel obtained his MBBS and FRAWZCP at the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Psychiatry as well as a Certificate in Old Age Psychiatry at the faculty of Old Age Psychiatry.
As well as this he also has a Diploma in Psychological Medicine at the National Institute of Mental Health & Neuroscience.
