Ridhi is a registered psychologist and is currently completing additional training and supervision to become endorsed as an educational and developmental psychologist through the registrar program.

She is trained in educational and developmental psychology and is interested in working with trauma across the lifespan and completing diagnostic assessments.

Ridhi employs a warm, collaborative, and engaging methodology in her work with clients, fostering a supportive atmosphere for their recovery journey and self-discovery through comprehensive and tailored assessment. Her experience as a provisional psychologist includes working in a correctional setting and the family violence domain, complemented by training at Monash University's Krongold Clinic.

Prior to becoming a psychologist, Ridhi worked in out-of-home care with children and young people and with adult survivors of institutional child sexual abuse.

In her spare time, Ridhi enjoys baking, watching Netflix and going on walks with her dog.

Arina is an honest, transparent and trustworthy registered psychologist, who is passionate about being that supportive person to guide you through life’s challenges.

Arina has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of self-harm, suicidal ideation and Borderline Personality Disorder. She adopts an eclectic approach to therapy, in which she combines multiple orientations such as attachment, cognitive-behavioural and dialectical behavioural therapy, tailoring modalities to help each client achieve their goals.

As part of her PhD, Arina was trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, which she applied with adolescents and young adults with chronic self-harm and suicidal ideation. More recently, she has worked with the child and youth population and their family and carers and has developed an interest in working with families to improve their attachment and relationships.

Arina has extensive experience working in a variety of settings, including at hospitals, university counselling services, non-governmental organisation and governmental agencies, in both corrections and health.

She has also supported individuals and families by conducting psychological assessments and interventions for a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief, anger outbursts, self-identity confusion, familial
discord and relationship difficulties, among others.

Sebastian is a Clinical Psychologist offering compassionate, collaborative and non-judgemental psychotherapy for individuals and couples. Originally from and trained in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he has completed two Bachelor’s degrees (Philosophy and Psychology) at the Argentinian Catholic University. In 2012, he moved to Adelaide to study a Master of Clinical Psychology at Flinders University. Besides Buenos Aires and Adelaide, Sebastian has also lived and worked in the USA, Spain, New Zealand and country NSW. More recently, he has decided to relocate to Brisbane and make it his new home.

Back in Argentina, Sebastian became trained mainly in Psychodynamic therapies and Attachment theory. While in Australia, Sebastian was exposed to another whole range of psychotherapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness. Jacqui is a Registered Psychologist who provides evidence-based therapy to young adults, adults and older age individuals. Jacqui uses a combination of strategies that assist with the development of skills and practices that not only help people to heal, but to flourish. Jacqui has extensive training and experience in the health care industry, working first as a Registered Nurse, then in Training and Development, before moving into the field of Psychology.

Since then, experience in both the public and private space has provided her with a wealth of opportunity to assist people experiencing difficulties with mood and self-esteem issues, anxiety, chronic stress & burnout, PTSD and complex trauma, as well as grief and loss. Her approach to anxiety in particular, is also informed by her lived experience. Jacqui knows how debilitating anxiety can be, and the widespread impacts of this condition on personal and social relationships, in addition to personal and professional success. As such, Anxiety has become a specific area of interest, and she is passionate about assisting people to recover, and to achieve significant personal growth and success through that recovery. Jacqui approaches trauma from the same perspective – to heal and recover, and then to flourish, following a Post Traumatic Growth model of therapy.

Jessica is a counselling psychologist who has extensive experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds in the tertiary sector and with private organisations supporting clients with health and wellbeing concerns. Her diverse training and experience enables her to assist her clients to deal with the various challenges in their lives and to make positive and practical choices that increase their wellbeing.

Jessica is interested in guiding and supporting young people through early adulthood including studying at university, choosing a career path, relationships, stress, and beyond. Jessica is also particularly interested in gerontology - the social, cultural, psychological, cognitive and biological aspects of ageing - and working with older adults to manage life’s transitions including retirement, physical and mental changes, cognitive decline, chronic illness and disability, grief and loss, managing the behavioural and psychological symptoms of people with dementia, and supporting carers. Jessica has completed a master of gerontology degree to assist her to help improve the health and wellbeing of older Australians.

As a registered psychologist, Jessica has worked in many different areas including the Centre for Education and Research on Ageing, administering psychological assessments of older Australians for a study on Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. She has also worked at the University of Sydney in human resource management and in a senior leadership role supporting residential students. Jessica has recently worked as a facilitator for the Cancer Council NSW and the University of Sydney providing support for cancer patients and carers.
