When you arrive

Please register at Reception.

Type of accommodation

Ramsay Clinic Beleura offers a high standard of accommodation. All mental health rooms are private and have ensuite facilities. You will also have access to 2 external tranquil courtyards, large patient dining space, dedicated art therapy room and multiple therapy spaces.

We ask you please do not use the bathrooms for spray tanning and hair dying.

For your comfort and convenience

Call Button

Should you require anything at anytime, please do not hesitate to call the your nurse via the nurse call button located in the bedside handset. Our staff will endeavour to answer the call as quickly as possible.

Flowers And Mail

Flowers and mail are delivered directly to your room. If you have mail to post please contact the ward staff and this will be arranged for you.

Please note: Pot Plants are not suitable for patient rooms.

Meals

Our Catering Department prepares a variety of top quality, fresh meals. Menus will be provided each morning from which you may select meals according to your taste and dietary requirements.

Hudson’s Cafe, offering light meals and refreshments, is located in the reception area. Hudson’s welcomes patients and visitors between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, 9.00am and 3.00pm Saturday.

Ministers Of Religion

Your clergy person is very welcome to visit and cater to your spiritual needs – please ask the nursing staff to arrange a visit.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phones are allowed except during group therapy.

Newspapers

Ability to purchase newspapers on request.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted within the Hospital, except in designated smoking areas.

Telephones

You can make and receive free local calls from the telephone by your bed. Please note that STD calls are subject to peak rates, and not residential discounted rates. You will be charged for any long distance or mobile calls on discharge.

Queries About Your Care – Helping us to care for you

If you have any concerns or queries about your care whilst you are a patient in our Hospital please bring them to our attention. The nurse in charge of your Ward will be able to answer questions and resolve problems related to your hospital care. Patient feedback is appreciated, as it assists us to make ongoing improvements to our services and facilities. Please feel free to provide feedback either through the formal Feedback form or by writing to the Director of Clinical Services of the Hospital.

Visitor Information

  • Patient Inquiries can be made by telephoning 5976 0888
  • Members of your immediate family are welcome to visit you at any time. However, we request that the general visiting hours of 10.00am to 1.00pm, 2.30pm to 8.00pm daily be observed. It is requested that visitors do not attend during group therapy times.
