Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation and the ongoing requirement for restrictions around social distancing restrictions over visitors apply.
Patients will be allowed one visitor per week managed by a booking system to provide equality to all patients. The visitor must be an adult (18+)
All visitors will complete a health screening questionnaire and be temperature checked on arrival.
To comply with physical distancing requirements there will be designated visitor areas that are cleaned before and after each visitor session.
Patients and visitors will be required to abide by social distancing requirements and REMAIN 1.5m apart at all times.
We have introduced a new screening process to protect the safety and wellbeing of our visitors, patients, employees, doctors and contractors.
The new system requires a person to scan a unique QR code – using the camera function on their smart phone – before they enter the facility.

|Step 5||Screening staff may take your temperature and may ask a couple of extra questions|
You don’t have to wait until you arrive to do this – you can complete this at home but you must do it on the day you are visiting as the code is only valid for 24 hours.
If you don’t have a smartphone, don’t worry – we have friendly staff members who will assist you.
You will be asked some simple questions about any possible exposure to COVID-19, such as:
As Australia’s largest private hospital operator, we are experienced with safely and securely storing large amounts of personal and confidential information of our customers. The information entered into our secure system through this screening process will be stored for a maximum of 30 days and then will be deleted.
Secure paid undercover visitor parking is available onsite at Northside Group St Leonards Clinic.
Outpatients visiting our Consulting Suites and Day Program patients will not be required to pay for parking and can have the parking ticket validated by the Consulting Suite Reception or Day Program Reception on arrival.

In consideration of others we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum and children to be supervised at all times.
We also ask visitors not to attend during group times - the group timetable is available from unit staff.
Recommended visiting times are outside of group therapy times and are approximately from 4:30pm to 8:00pm daily. Please note that the clinic lifts to the units are locked from 9:30pm. Please ask your Unit Manager for confirmation of suitable visiting times.
