His clinical expertise includes trauma related disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, consultation liaison psychiatry, primary care psychiatry. He also has expertise in clinical eclectic psychotherapy.
Dr Nepal offers a range of services to his patients, including psychiatric assessments for clinical work, or insurance related opinions and reports, for medico legal works e.g Independent Medical Examination(IME), professional supervision, weekly psychotherapy, and Workcover services. He is committed to providing high-quality care and support to his patients, and their families, ensuring their mental health needs are met effectively.
Having gained wide and vast experience and knowledge throughout his career, Dr Mahendra Nepal is a respected senior psychiatrist in the field. He has worked in various clinical settings and has a particular interest in Trauma related disorders (both civilian and combat related), primary care related psychiatry and medical psychiatry.
