You do not need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment (in person or via telehealth) at Ramsay Psychology Frankston. However, if you have been referred by your GP with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you will be able to claim a Medicare rebate. This will cover part of the cost of a number of sessions in a calendar year. Your doctor can address the referral to Ramsay Psychology or specifically to one of our psychologists. If you do not already have a Mental Health Treatment Plan and you wish to access this rebate, contact your GP or psychiatrist.
Clients who hold private health insurance may be eligible for a partial refund. Contact your health fund for more information.

Ramsay Psychology provides psychometric testing. This is a process by which a person’s cognitive, psychological, emotional and behavioural functioning is comprehensively assessed through a detailed interview and standardised testing. Psychometric testing may be needed for a new or corrected diagnosis of certain conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Disorders and Dementia.

Dr Daliya Greenfeld is a Registered Psychologist and a member of the APS. Daliya is a compassionate Psychologist who believes in the importance of establishing and maintaining rapport with her clients. She has extensive experience providing psychological support to clients across the lifespan and has worked in private practice with primary school children and adolescents. Additionally, Daliya is experienced in working with adult ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, depression and supporting adjustments to life changes and transitions. Daliya supports her clients by utilising evidence-based therapeutic interventions per the client’s needs and concerns. To do this, she uses various assessment tools to help formulate a treatment plan, tailored to her client’s needs.Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy.
