She has a particular interest in anxiety disorders, anger issues and depression, as well as behavioural issues in children and adolescents, OCD, ADHD, parenting stress, and emotional and behavioural regulation. She draws upon a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, using a strengths-based approach.
