Abbey is a psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is experienced working with a range of mental health presentations across the lifespan, though has a particular interest in working with adolescents and adults.
Abbey has worked in private practice for a number of years, as well as in the secondary education system. She is passionate about supporting individuals through mental health difficulties to achieve improved outcomes.
Abbey’s clients appreciate her warm, bubbly and compassionate nature, alongside her clinical skillset. She utilises an integrated treatment approach tailored to the individual, drawing on a range of therapy modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).
