Nooria is a Registered Psychologist with diverse experience of working with different age groups, cultural and religious backgrounds. She has an eclectic approach to therapy and utilises evidence-based models, adopting a person-centred approach with her clients.
Nooria has worked in public health and private practice and has supported people with a broad range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and confidence issues, and adjustment issues.
Nooria has warm and empathetic attitude and provides safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to help them harness their strengths and thrive.
She has experience using CBT, DBT, and ACT, solution-focused therapy, schema therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness approaches.
Nooria is SIRA registered and assists her clients to deal with workplace difficulties, which can also include interpersonal adjustment, grief and pain management.
She also speaks several languages, including Urdu/Hindi, Punjabi and English.
