The following provides information on the range of mental health Day Therapy Programs currently available at the Ramsay Clinic Hollywood and the provisional dates of those programs in 2025.
Please be aware that these dates may be subject to change and should be checked prior to referral.
Closed Programs are those where participants attend a program from a given start date and it is not possible for others to join the program over its duration.
Open Programs run throughout the year and participants may join at any point.

For people using alcohol, cannabis or prescription drugs who are motivated to change. A period of detoxification may be required.
2026 dates - Tuesdays and Fridays
This structured 10-week, closed-group art therapy program integrates mindfulness, guided imagery, creative expression, and reflective writing. In a calm, supportive, and safe environment, participants are able to explore their emotions and gain insight, fostering healing, emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of meaning and personal strength.

For people experiencing frequent and intense changes in their emotional state, often leading to self-damaging behaviours.

For people experiencing depression or anxiety disorders such as bipolar disorder, dysthymia, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, mild-moderate PTSD and trauma, social and other phobias. Also self-esteem, relationships, bullying, anger grief and guilt problems.

For people unable to cope with situations as a result of a misperceived frame of reference for themselves and the world, arising through unmet needs in childhood. Schema Therapy supports individuals with a chronic diagnosis that has been unresponsive to other treatment.

The 12-week Schema Advanced program builds on foundational schema concepts and shifts the focus toward deeper experiential work. This program is only for individuals who have completed the Schema Foundations Program and have met further assessment criteria.

For those with a military or first responder background who have witnessed or experienced traumatic events. The program helps individuals understand and manage trauma symptoms, promoting post-traumatic growth and improving well-being.

This program is designed to provide a supportive and structured environment for people living with PTSD and complex PTSD. With a focus on recovery, connection, and resilience, our aim is to help participants move forward with renewed clarity, healthier coping strategies, and improved wellbeing. For individuals struggling to verbalise their feelings, thoughts and emotions. Various modes of creative self-expression are explored to help remove emotional blocks and improve wellbeing.
Individuals may attend 1-2 half days per week.

For people struggling with later life challenges such as the loss of loved ones, a decline in physical health or loss of independence. The program incorporates a range of therapies tailored to the needs of the individual.
