Our Inpatient Mental Health Clinic provides evidence-based mental health treatment. Inpatient treatment is where patients stay at the clinic for the duration of their treatment. Our experienced, professional team aims to give patients the skills and confidence to manage their mental health concerns now and into the future. 


Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

Day Program

A program designed to provide either an introductory (10 weeks) or comprehensive (18 weeks) treatment for those who require skills to help them tolerate stress, regulate their emotions, improve their relationships with others.
