Najwa is an experienced Registered Psychologist with a wide range of life experiences, which helps her to resonate with clients. Najwa has completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of Wollongong, undergraduate qualifications in Social Science (Counselling) and teaching qualifications. She has a deep understanding and varied experience in the humanitarian profession. This includes experience in youth work, teaching, behavioural support and school counselling. From an Arabic background, Najwa is familiar with some of the unique issues faced by those from Arabic-speaking communities.

Patty strives to provide a warm, genuine and transparent approach for all clients, establishing a trusting and collaborative therapeutic alliance. Her belief is that the integration of evidence-based treatments with a reciprocal authentic relationship leads to improved client outcomes. She has a particular therapeutic interest in working with adults and adolescents in the areas of neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD & ASD) and challenging behaviours; particularly emotional and behavioural dysregulation and difficulties with attachment or trauma backgrounds and emerging personality disorders. Rahul is a Registered Psychologist with experience working with young adults and adults to overcome a range of mental health difficulties. Rahul understands that the journey to better mental health is different for everyone. Robin is a Registered Psychologist with extensive clinical experience in treating depression, anxiety and stress disorders. Robin is known for his work in addiction and is a researcher in treating nicotine dependence. For more than two decades, Robin has worked with clients to unpack underlying mental health, psychological, and behavioural problems associated with substance use. This includes a range of anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues and other complex problems. Robin is a gentle, non-judgemental and compassionate therapist who is passionate about helping people attain psychological freedom from anxiety and stress. He can draw on a variety of evidence-based therapies to help clients make meaningful changes, navigate problems, and lessen their anxiety. Robin has training in the psychology of coaching. This enables him, where appropriate, to use a coaching model and solution-focused approach in treatment, to help clients achieve their goals.

Ros has more than 20 years’ experience as a Registered Psychologist and has worked in diverse settings including universities, medical centres, and a fertility clinic. She has a particular interest in women’s health, guiding women through difficult transitions at every stage in their lives; from the rollercoaster of infertility, IVF and birth trauma through to peri and post menopause. She aims to develop a warm, compassionate and collaborative relationship and is experienced in helping people resolve many of life’s challenges. She helps her clients deal with a broad range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, work-related stress, adjustment difficulties including retrenchment, transition to university and study-related issues, coping with illness and disease and more. Ros utilises an integrative approach to her work that is evidence based and customised to each client’s unique needs. Ros draws upon a range of interventional techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, clinical hypnosis and EMDR.
