Helen Schmidt is a registered psychologist with a wide range of experience, in both the private and the public sector, providing care and support to help her clients manage their mental health and re-engage with their community. Helen has worked in private practice for more than a decade. 

Simone is a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience working therapeutically with a diverse range of adult clients. Simone’s areas of interest include supporting clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues and recovery from trauma. She is interested in supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and from the LGBTIQA+ community.  Simone works with university students, people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and clients in private practice. With a compassionate, non-judgmental and gentle approach, Simone aims to create a safe space for clients to explore their experience, values and goals within a trusting therapeutic relationship in order to create meaningful change. Simone’s approach is collaborative, client-centred and trauma-informed and she adjusts her approach based on each client’s individual needs. Simone has a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy.

Zoe is a warm and approachable clinician who prioritises providing a safe and inclusive space, where clients are heard. She is experienced in providing evidence-based quality assessment and interventions. Zoe appreciates the unique strengths and circumstances individuals bring and strives to tailor her services to best suit their needs. 

Ramon is an engaging and understanding psychologist. He is experienced with providing assessments in neurodiversity such as Attention Deficit and Hyperactive Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ramon also uses an evidence-based therapeutic approach to work with client’s experiencing other difficulties such as depression, mood disorders, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.

Najwa is an experienced Registered Psychologist with a wide range of life experiences, which helps her to resonate with clients. Najwa has completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of Wollongong, undergraduate qualifications in Social Science (Counselling) and teaching qualifications. She has a deep understanding and varied experience in the humanitarian profession. This includes experience in youth work, teaching, behavioural support and school counselling. From an Arabic background, Najwa is familiar with some of the unique issues faced by those from Arabic-speaking communities.

Miranda is a warm and empathetic Registered Psychologist with extensive experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds, in their lives and workplaces with their health and wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting parents and young children to overcome their concerns with practical solutions that empower them to achieve their goals.

Narina is a dedicated, passionate and highly qualified Registered Psychologist with 30 years of experience in the field, working with individuals, couples and families.Narina is highly committed to providing a high-quality counselling service that works towards helping clients to address problematic issues in their lives, learn healthier coping skills and resources that will ensure greater happiness and well-being. She, has extensive experience working across different fields and supports all ages from children, adolescents, adults and older adults.

Ivanka is a Registered Psychologist with more than 15 years of experience both locally and overseas. She has worked within government and private sector providing a broad range of psychological interventions and strategies in assisting clients across the life span with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief and other difficulties.

Anina is a Registered Psychologist with a special interest in providing therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and families. She has several years’ work experience as a Psychologist in both the public and private sectors. The focus of her treatment is on a range of mental health and adjustment difficulties that may emerge during the various middle childhood and youth developmental stages.
