Jessica is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting clients of all ages with a variety of presentations and needs. She has strong interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, neurodiversity, and parenting challenges as well as those requiring child and family support.
Jessica provides high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions. She has a client-focused approach, incorporating individual needs, strengths and goals. Jessica’s therapeutic interventions include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, solution- and emotion-focused therapies, and mindfulness.
Jessica is an experienced Clinical Psychologist and supports clients of all ages and various presentations. She achieved her Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, and Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology.

Catherine is a Registered Psychologist and has over 27 years of experience supporting children and adults experiencing difficulties associated with complex trauma. Catherine has worked with individuals across the life span in a variety of settings, including both community and inpatient mental health services and Out of Home Care Services.
Catherine has experience working with children, adolescents and adults presenting with attachment issues, family distress and parenting issues, anxiety and depression, suicide and self-harm, emotion regulation difficulties, foster and kinship care issues and children demonstrating sexually harmful behaviour.
Supporting people experiencing difficulties associated with complex trauma is a particular area of interest for Catherine, with many years of experience and training in the assessment and treatment of children and adults with complex emotional and psychological difficulties stemming from childhood trauma and adversity.
Catherine is a warm and compassionate psychologist. She has a flexible approach to therapy, drawing upon a number of evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness.

Karen is a Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has been working in the mental health setting for almost 25 years. She has experience working with people aged 16 and over who have a wide variety of life problems. In addition to providing therapy to people with adjustment difficulties and mood disorders, Karen also works with individuals who have complex trauma (PTSD and Complex PTSD), addictions, interpersonal conflict, emotion dysregulation and self-harming behaviours. She also has a special interest in working with people who are neurodivergent, and enjoys working with people who have ADHD, ASD and AUDHD (people who have both ADHD and ASD).
Karen is also trained in the provision of diagnostic assessments for ADHD, ASD and AUDHD. She is also able to provide cognitive assessments to people who wish to understand their overall level of general intelligence, cognitive strengths and weaknesses and also their unique learning styles.
In order to effect change in her client group, Karen has experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches including; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches, such as Schema Therapy and the Conversational Model. She uses her knowledge, skills and experience to tailor her interventions to the needs of each and every individual client. She does so, however, using a warm, compassionate approach with much focus on developing a strong therapeutic alliance.
For Psychologists, Karen has been a Board Approved Supervisor for over 10 years and is able to provide clinical supervision for Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Psychology Registrars and both fully and provisionally Registered Psychologists. This is a much enjoyed aspect of Karen’s work.
Karen is an approved BUPA provider and sees people via DVA and ADF pathways.
Malcolm is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a range of mood, personality and developmental disorders in children, adolescents and adults. He is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has worked in Private Practice, Marriage/Relationship Counselling, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), the Primary Health Network, the NDIS and Out of Home Care environments.
His therapeutic style encompasses elements of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and mindfulness to provide individualised support for every client.
Malcolm is compassionate, with a warm and collaborative approach to therapy and dedicated to delivering the highest quality evidence-based counselling.
He works collaboratively to develop therapy objectives and provide counselling to meet individual client needs. In doing so, he equips clients with the practical skills, tools and coping strategies to make positive changes in their lives. He focuses on building relationships and assisting people day to day with effective communication and service.

Anthony is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults facing a range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and chronic pain. His warm, engaging and collaborative approach draws on evidence-based therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy, including Mindfulness techniques, with a strong emphasis on each client’s unique strengths and values. He believes in creating a supportive space where clients can feel heard and understood, can acquire skills to meet their needs and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Anthony also provides therapy to Autistic adults adjusting to a late-life diagnosis—an experience that can sometimes bring a complex mix of emotions, e.g., relief in knowing and grief about the past, while also raising questions and uncertainty about the future. Using a neurodiversity-affirming approach, he supports clients in exploring their neurodivergence and to navigate challenges such as sensory sensitivities, masking and burnout. He works collaboratively with clients in fostering authenticity, strengthening self-advocacy skills, and building sustainable strategies for maintaining psychological wellbeing. (It is important to note that Anthony provides therapeutic interventions, however, does not perform diagnostic assessments or reviews for ASD.)

Zoe is a warm and approachable clinician who prioritises providing a safe and inclusive space, where clients are heard. She is experienced in providing evidence-based quality assessment and interventions. Zoe appreciates the unique strengths and circumstances individuals bring and strives to tailor her services to best suit their needs.

Zoe holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) with Honours, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and has her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has over nine years experiences across settings, presentations, and the lifespan. She focusses on providing quality supports to adult clients.
Cass has a particular interest in the treatment and assessment of anxiety and depression, complex trauma, bereavement, and adjustment to change in adolescents and adults. Cass is also experienced in treating diagnosable disorders including mood disorders and personality disorders. Cass also enjoys assisting individuals in understanding sleep and regaining healthy sleep patterns.
Cass is experienced in working with individuals, couples, families, groups and organisations and has undertaken numerous managerial roles fundamental in establishing and maintaining community mental health services in NSW. Previously, as a board approved supervisor Cass has also supervised provisionally registered psychologists in gaining full registration.
Cass is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and has been a full Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and The Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) for over 20 years. Cass has extensive experience in private hospital, public mental health hospital, rehabilitation and private practice. Cass particularly enjoys assisting people to overcome trauma and also has a passion for assisting individuals to understand and manage diagnosable disorders effectively and to manage emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, guilt and shame.
