Getting a referral
To book an appointment or to admit to an inpatient program you will need a referral from your General Practitioner (GP). Please speak to your GP and request a referral to Ramsay Clinic Mitcham or to a specific psychiatrist at the hospital.
Mental Health Referrals
Your referring Medical Practitioner is required to send a completed Mental Health Referral form to Mentalhealth.MPH@ramsayhealth.com.au or fax to 03 9310 3325
