How to Refer:

• Contact the Admissions Officer: We encourage you to schedule a tour of our facilities by contacting the Admissions Officer at 8269 8100. They can answer any questions you have about our services and guide you through the referral process.

Psychiatrist Credentialing: to ensure a streamlined process we request Psychiatrists complete a quick and easy credentialing process. Our Executive Assistant can assist you with this. You can email her at ExecAssistant.RCA@ramsayhealth.com.au

Ramsay Day Clinic Kahlyn:

Straightforward Referral Pathway:

Please note that we can only accept referrals from Psychiatrists who are credentialled at Ramsay Clinic Adelaide and Ramsay Day Clinic Kahlyn. Patients are also required to hold appropriate private health insurance cover.

How to refer:

1. Complete the Ramsay Day Clinic – Kahlyn Referral Form
2. Email the completed form to admin.kph@ramsayhealth.com.au or fax to 8364 0811
3. We will contact the patient within 24–48 hours
4. Health fund check completed on behalf of the patient
5. Comprehensive 1-hour assessment conducted by a senior clinician
