With extensive experience in medico-legal assessments and an interest in the interface between mental illness and the law, Dr Samuels carries out assessments for both criminal and civil matters. He has provided written and oral evidence to every level of court in Australia and the United Kingdom.
About Dr Samuels
Dr Samuels is a medical doctor and trained in both General Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry in Australia and the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and is also accredited by the College as a Forensic Psychiatrist. In addition to private psychiatric practice, Dr Samuels is a Senior Staff Specialist and the Clinical Director for the Northern Sydney Local Health District, providing clinical leadership to services at Royal North Shore, Ryde, Manly and Hornsby Hospitals.
Dr Samuels lectures to psychiatrists in areas of general and forensic psychiatry, both nationally and internationally. He has been awarded six prestigious Clinical Excellence Awards in the United Kingdom. He has also been invited to a reception at Buckingham Palace hosted by the Queen in recognition of his work in psychiatry in the United Kingdom.
As a senior psychiatrist, Dr Sharma holds years of experience, particularly in drug & alcohol detoxification, rehabilitation, comorbidity management, mental state assessments and medication reviews. She primarily sees patients between the ages of 18 to 70.
Dr Sharma has a strong passion for improving overall quality of life by facilitating and maintaining change in a holistic manner. She is also highly experienced in treating acute mental health and patients of diverse cultural backgrounds.
Dr Sharma provides both day and in-patient services at Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville.
Sarah-Jane is a Psychiatrist who is extremely passionate about providing holistic patient centered care. She completed medical training at Cambridge University and the University of London in the UK. Has a number of additional qualifications and has a lifelong thirst for learning. She has 20 years experience working with some of the most marginalised in society in prisons both in the UK and NSW. and is Conjoint Senior Lecturer at UNSW and has published and presented internationally often on ethical issues and challenging the status quo. She has championed improvements in the care provided to the trans community and is a strong advocate celebrating diversity and inclusion who particularly enjoys working with women and those with eating disorders.
Dr Tse is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP). She has previously worked across a range of inpatient and outpatient settings in various areas of mental health.
Dr Tse sees patients aged 18-65 years, particularly those with mood disorders and the culturally and linguistically diverse population.

Treatment Services
Dr Ward is a Consultant Psychiatrist and the Medical Director of the addiction service at both Ramsay Clinic Northside and Wentworthville Clinics. He has interests in the treatment of alcohol and other addiction disorders.
He interests include the comprehensive assessment and treatment of individuals who are experiencing problems with their physical and/or mental health as a result of the use of alcohol or other any other substances.
Dr Ward provides treatment on both an inpatient (hospital) and outpatient basis.
Additional Services
Dr Ward is available for comprehensive outpatient assessments, at the request of the treating General Practitioner, to provide an individualised management plan which may include medication psychological and or/social interventions.
About Dr Ward
Dr David Ward is a medical doctor with qualifications in psychiatry and an interest in the treatment of alcohol and other addiction disorders. In addition to his private psychiatric practice, Dr Ward was for a number or years an Addiction Psychiatrist at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.
Prior to commencing his medical studies, Dr Ward worked in the public and private sectors in senior business roles in both Sydney and Melbourne.
He holds a Master of Psychiatry degree from The University of Melbourne and also holds degrees in economics, marketing and public affairs.
In addition to his medical practice, Dr Ward plays the cello and performs regularly with Corpus Medicorum, the orchestra of the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Dr Pri Wettasinghe is a psychiatrist working at Ramsay Clinic Northside and as a staff specialist at Justice Health.
Pri completed his medical degree as a postgraduate student at The University of Queensland, working extensively in internal medicine for 10 years before retraining in psychiatry. He completed his psychiatric training through the Northern Sydney Local Health District and has completed subspecialty training in Psychiatry of Old Age as well as a second advanced certificate in Forensic Psychiatry.
Pri has an interest in neurostimulation and utilising newer therapies such as TMS for the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD and OCD, and also ketamine for treatment resistant depression.
Dr Murray Wright is available for outpatient consultations in the Ramsay Clinic Northside Consultation Suites.
Dr Lilian Zou completed her undergraduate medical training at UNSW before completing a Masters in Medicine (Psychiatry) at University of Sydney. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
Treatment Services
Dr. Lilian Zou is a consultant psychiatrist with broad experience working with patients with mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder), eating disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders and psychosis. She supports a holistic and interdisciplinary view of mental health care, involving carers and other clinicians
She works on both the mood disorders and eating disorders inpatient unit at Ramsay Clinic Northside, and also provides outpatient consultations.
Additional Services
Dr. Zou is also employed by the public sector, working as a VMO at the North Shore Community Mental Health Clinic. She teaches medical students from University of Sydney and UNSW, as well as registrars in the RANZCP training program.
