Dr Silver Budd treats adults experiencing the effects of mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, complex trauma, grief and loss, life transitions. Formerly a GP, she has consulted in all areas of psychiatric hospital and community care, including working in a specialist PTSD facility and a perinatal mental health unit.
Dr Budd is an Arts graduate of Sydney University and studied Medicine at Flinders University, Adelaide. Her engagement with patients is informed by her background in somatic practices, meditation and mindful self-compassion. Dr Budd has an interest in psychodynamic psychotherapy, a form of talking therapy where therapist and patient explore the patient’s patterns of being and acting in the world, by paying attention together to the patient’s thoughts, feelings, experiences and interpersonal relationships
Dr David Philp is psychiatrist (general) who sees patients aged between 16 and 65. He has an interest in substance use disorders, chronic pain and eating disorders. He also helps manage the mental health problems that accompany these, such as anxiety, psychosis, mania and depression.
Dr Nahid Siddiqui is experienced in treating adult patients with complex mental health issues including complex trauma responses, psychosis, mood disorders and anxiety disorders.
She is undertaking advanced training in psychotherapy and is experienced in providing trauma informed care. She has been a mental health staff specialist with NSW Health for over a decade and now provides private in-patient and out-patient care at Ramsay Clinics Macarthur and Thirroul.
With a key eye for further education, Dr Siddiqui is also a conjoint lecturer at Western Sydney University.
In addition to English, Dr Siddiqui also speaks Bengali, Hindi and Urdu.
Dr Sinclair is a consultant psychiatrist with extensive experience in forensic psychiatry as well as drug and alcohol addictions.
She is the Medical Director of Drug and Alcohol Services at ISLHD and Senior Staff Specialist with Justice Health. Dr Sinclair also holds teaching positions as Senior Lecturer at both University of Wollongong and UNSW.
Dr Sinclair offers both inpatient and outpatient consultations at Ramsay Clinic Thirroul for trauma, forensic psychiatry and addiction.
