Dr Pritom Sarker is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) with advanced subspecialty training in Addiction Psychiatry. He holds a strong clinical interest in Adult ADHD, dual diagnosis, and the long-term mental health impacts of trauma. His research interests include the effects of childhood trauma on mental health and cognition.
Dr Sarker is affiliated with NSW Health and works across both public and private sectors in metropolitan Sydney. He consults in inpatient and outpatient settings, including Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville and telepsychiatry services.
Dr Sarker has broad and deep experience treating:
• Substance Use Disorders: Alcohol, stimulants, cannabis, opioids, prescription medications
• Adult ADHD: Diagnostic assessment and long-term management

Dr Sarker applies a biopsychosocial model and works in close collaboration with:

• Family and carers (where appropriate)

He integrates pharmacological, psychological, and social interventions, always aiming to create sustainable recovery plans for his patients.
Dr Sarker speaks Bengali, Hindi, and English, and is passionate about culturally sensitive care for migrants, international students, and CALD communities
As a senior psychiatrist, Dr Sharma holds years of experience, particularly in drug & alcohol detoxification, rehabilitation, comorbidity management, mental state assessments and medication reviews. She primarily sees patients between the ages of 18 to 70.
Dr Sharma has a strong passion for improving overall quality of life by facilitating and maintaining change in a holistic manner. She is also highly experienced in treating acute mental health and patients of diverse cultural backgrounds.
Dr Sharma provides both day and in-patient services at Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville.
Dr Sivaruby Thavakulasingam is a consultant psychiatrist with many years of clinical experience across public and private mental health services. She is a locally trained psychiatrist and holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Flinders University, South Australia. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).
Dr Thavakulasingam currently works as a Staff Specialist with Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District and is a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) at St John of God Richmond Hospital. She consults at her private rooms at both Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville and St John of God Hospital in North Richmond.
Dr Thavakulasingam is fluent in English and Tamil.
Dr Tse is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP). She has previously worked across a range of inpatient and outpatient settings in various areas of mental health.
Dr Tse sees patients aged 18-65 years, particularly those with mood disorders and the culturally and linguistically diverse population.
Languages spoken: English and Cantonese.
Dr Ramesh Vannitamby is a senior consultant psychiatrist based at Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville.
Dr Vannitamby completed his medical training at Flinders Medical School in South Australia and continued his junior training at Westmead hospital between 1993 – 1996. He then specialised in General Practice (GP) in 1997 and was based as a GP in the Lane Cove region.
After a successful career in General Practice, Dr Vannitamby entered psychiatry training between 2002-2009, from which he established a commendable career as a consultant psychiatrist within both the public and private sector. He has a special interest in treating adult patients with complex mental health issues including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia and ADHD.
Dr Vannitamby provides both in-patient and out-patient services at Ramsay Clinic Wentworthville.
Dr William Zhou graduated from the University of Newcastle (Australia) in 2017 and completed his general medical internship and residency in Sydney. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and holds an advanced training certificate in addiction psychiatry. During his specialist psychiatry training he worked across a range of inpatient, outpatient, and custodial settings in NSW.
Special interests include treatment of substance use disorders and integration of trauma-informed care into addiction treatment. Dr Zhou also sees adult patients who present with Mood disorders, Anxiety, OCD, Psychosis, Personality disorders.
Dr Zhou speaks Mandarin in addition to English, and he is LGBTQIA+ friendly.
Outside of medicine Dr Zhou enjoys reading, drawing, and learning the piano.
