Catherine is a Registered Psychologist and has over 24 years of experience supporting children and adults experiencing difficulties associated with complex trauma. Catherine has worked with individuals across the life span in a variety of settings, including both community and inpatient mental health services and Out of Home Care Services.

Catherine has experience working with children, adolescents and adults presenting with attachment issues, family distress and parenting issues, anxiety and depression, suicide and self-harm, emotion regulation difficulties, foster and kinship care issues and children demonstrating sexually harmful behaviour.

Supporting people experiencing difficulties associated with complex trauma is a particular area of interest for Catherine, with many years of experience and training in the assessment and treatment of children and adults with complex emotional and psychological difficulties stemming from childhood trauma and adversity.
