Brendan uses a variety of evidence-based approaches in his work with clients including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Play/Art Therapy.
Brendan is passionate about helping people achieve their highest quality of life and positive mental health through the development of individualised skills, strategies and knowledge acquisition. He brings warmth, care, authenticity, and humour to his sessions, with a strong focus on empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Brendan is a Registered Psychologist with qualifications including a Bachelor of Psychology, Advanced Diploma of Psychology and a Masters of Professional Psychology. Brendan has previously worked locally in private practices and has significant experience in working with people across the lifespan with a wide variety of concerns.
