Dr Leighton Chadwick is a train Psychiatrist who currently consults Tuesday and Thursday afternoons only. His practice is staffed Tuesday through Thursday. Dr Chadwick does not accept worker's compensation, medico-legal, or ADHD referrals. No under 18 year old referrals unless by prior arrangement.
