Dr Angelo Virgona
Dr Angelo Virgona has been a psychiatrist since 1990. For 10 years he held senior clinical director appointments with NSW Health in rural and metropolitan services, and at Healthscope’s private psychiatric unit in Campbelltown. He has been Medical Superintendent at Ramsay Clinic Macarthur since it opened in October 2013. He has served on numerous clinical and policy committees at Area and Departmental level. Dr Virgona has been instrumental in the establishment of early psychosis services and youth mental health services (Headspace) in Campbelltown. His current interests are in the management of personality disorders in private practice setting and forensic psychiatry (member of the RANZCP Faculty of Forensic Psychiatry).
