A/Prof Kasinathan is a Psychiatrist and is experienced in providing psychiatric assessment and treatment for children, adolescents and adults. He sees his patients as either inpatients or outpatients. Where required, an inpatient service is offered at Ramsay Clinic Northside where A/Prof Kasinathan is the Medical Director of the Adolescent and Young Adult Service.

Associate Professor Sloane Madden is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist recognised for his expertise in the management of eating, mood and anxiety disorders. Prof Madden has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of eating disorders. He has been the director of the Eating Disorder Service at Ramsay Clinic Northside (St Leonards) since 2017 and is the Eating Disorder Service Co-ordinator for the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network and has been the Director of The Eating Disorder Service at the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network (Westmead Campus) NSW since 2000.

Associate Professor Mahesh Jayaram trained initially in London and Leeds (UK) and completed his Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2004. He then worked as a consultant in the NHS for 7 years prior to moving to Melbourne in 2013 and obtained his Fellowship with RANZCP. In addition to his clinical role, he works as Senior Lecturer in Psychiatry at the University of Melbourne where he is the coordinator for all Graduate Courses within the Department of Psychiatry.

Warren is an Associate Professor at The University of Queensland and has held the position of Director, Queensland Eating Disorders Service (QuEDS) since 2005. He is Chair of the Queensland Health Eating Disorder Advisory Group and co-author of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatry (RANZCP) Clinical Practice Guidelines for Eating Disorders. In 2017 he received the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders (ANZAED) Distinguished Achievement Award. In 2018 he was elected a Fellow of the International Academy of Eating Disorders. He has published more than forty articles and book chapters, most of them on eating disorders. Warren commenced as Director Eating Disorders at Ramsay Clinic New Farm in January 2023. He is also Director of the new Ramsay Mental Health Eating Disorders Training Program. This program is designed for new fellows and established psychiatrists with an interest in entering the field of Eating Disorders and runs for 12 months. It includes regular structured supervision sessions supported by a digital lecture series and has been running successfully in Ramsay Mental Health’s Sydney services since February 2021 under the directorship of Associate Professor Sloane Madden.

Dr Vikas Moudgil has over 20 years of experience in mental health, having received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science (MBBS) in India in 1993. He began his psychiatry training in Auckland, New Zealand in 1999, and achieved Fellowship in the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) in 2004.

Dr Abhishek Nagesh provides assessment and treatment services for anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic illness, personality disorders both as an inpatient and outpatient basis. In addition, Dr Nagesh provides treatment of Adult ADHD for those adults who have been previously diagnosed with ADHD during their childhood years.

Dr Navaratne is a Psychiatrist who has had advanced training in Consult Liaison Psychiatry, focusing particularly on General Adult Psychiatry. He has an interest in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT) - a proven alternative treatment for depression.

Dr Alan Doris completed undergraduate and postgraduate training in medicine and psychiatry in Edinburgh, UK. He gained membership of the UK Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1996 and while working with the Medical Research Council as a Clinical Scientist completed a Master of Philosophy degree and specialist clinical training in 1999. Alan’s medical career has been in the UK, Sydney, New Zealand, and most recently Victoria where he worked with a service for young adults experiencing a wide range of mental health problems. In addition to his broad clinical interests and experience Alan has been head of service for a large medico-legal organisation and maintains an interest in legal aspects of healthcare.
